        Verdict

        Wee Jean has the best form on offer but her ability to stay 7f is doubtful. A seven-length defeat over today's trip at Goodwood in August was her heaviest defeat so far. The trip is no problem for Spiritual Flame but she's finding it hard to win off her current mark and LADY FRANCES is preferred. The latter ran well again at Kempton last time having won at the same track earlier. Applejack Lad and Truancy are both maiden winners while Drive On has won a handicap at Kempton but is upped in class for this.
