Verdict
Sparka had been threatening to score before disappointing when sent off favourite at Newcastle. Both Be Glorious and Ellade have plenty to prove over today’s trip and the less-exposed types may fight this one out. Province will be sharper for a recent comeback run over 7f here but a chance is taken on the returning EL FELICIA (NAP). A half-sister to stablemate and last year’s Winter Derby runner-up Felix, she’ll appreciate this extra distance on her handicap debut and Marco Botti’s yard is in good form.
