        Verdict

        Thapa VC completed a hat-trick of lower grade races at the start of the year but this tougher and the less-exposed Alrehb is preferred on last month’s victory at Wolverhampton. The step up to Class 2 company proved beyond SIR OLIVER (NAP) last time but this is less competitive and Chris Dwyer’s charge had won with plenty to spare over track and trip before that. Gobi Sunset finished in front of Pinwheel when third at Kempton and makes more appeal than Ostilio.
