      Verdict

Lowther carries a penalty for last week's victory at Wolverhampton and will find this tougher. VERSE OF LOVE is preferred as he couldn't match Dubawi Island at the same track a week ago but had today's rival Mia's Boy three lengths behind and Richard Hughes takes over the reins for this. Sandown winner Gaul Wood has a recent run under his belt which should give him the edge over the returning course and distance winner Rosearrow but Cruiser has a bit to prove in this grade.
