Verdict
Spinners Ball was beaten less than a length when fourth in a tight finish at Newcastle but Pastoral Music has only won a maiden at Kempton so far. Hurdles winner Take Two should appreciate the return to 1m4f though has yet to win on the all-weather so PRIORS BROOK is preferred. The latter went close over 1m2f at Windsor last month and is worth another try over today’s distance off his current mark. Northern Meeting’s only win to date on the Flat came back in 2013 but she’s won three times over hurdles since.
