      Verdict

      LILIANA can get the better of Sherinn in what looks a virtual match with neither of the newcomers, Hammer Shaft or Roaring Rocks, making much appeal on breeding. Peter Chapple-Hyam's filly was racing over a longer trip when only beaten half-a-length at Wolverhampton earlier this month but she is still improving whereas Roger Varian's charge, who is now tried in a hood, has been a little disappointing in her two runs on Polytrack and tries a new trip today.
