Verdict

BALLYCASEY hasn't run over hurdles for a very long time but he's rated 158 over fences and won a Grade 2 in May before running in the Galway Plate. The testing ground should bring his stamina into play and he can get back to winning ways. Dysios is also a chaser though his last two runs have been over timber and he hasn't shown much. The Game Changer alternates between hurdles and fences and has had plenty of success in both, though he was pulled up in a Grade 2 chase won by the selection at Fairyhouse in April. Thomas Edison has never recaptured the form he showed in 2014 when successful at the Curragh and in the Galway Hurdle while Fort Montagu faces much stiffer opposition than when landing a Tramore maiden. Solita hasn't won since March of last year when scoring over fences and hasn't been in the best of form.
