Verdict

Useful bumper Long Strand has had a break since a poor run at Killarney in May and he can do better. DILSHAAN'S PRIZE, twice a winner on the Flat in France and at the Curragh in April, made a promising debut over timber behind the useful Ballyadam Brook at Sligo in May and looks one for the future. Harrington was a decent performer on the level who ran well behind Striking Force at Down Royal while Tequila Lord has shown ability and would have gone close to winning at Limerick last time but for mistakes at the final two flights. Anoosou looked one to follow when landing a Killarney bumper last month while New Rules, a winning bumper on this track, can surely do much better than he showed when strongly fancied at Sligo last month.
