Verdict

The Montjeu colt EXODUS was the least fancied of the three Ballydoyle runners who finished behind A Word Apart at Leopardstown earlier this month and ran as though needing the experience. He will have come on for the outing and should take all the beating. Mykonos made a fair debut over a mile here in June but then ran through a rail when in touch at Killarney and may be best watched for now. Qubuh is a nicely-bred colt who will appreciate this trip after a decent debut over 6f at the Curragh. He looks the main threat as Tommy Stack's newcomer Whatever It Takes should do better over middle-distances next year.
