Verdict

Both Imperial Presence and Beallandendall ran well on their latest starts carrying penalties incurred for previous wins at Kempton and this venue respectively. But BALTIC STORM escapes a penalty having won a conditionals' event under Tommy Dowling at Fakenham and gets the nod to go in again. Placed in Listed company on the level, Red Tornado showed some promise at Stratford when third on his hurdling bow while Hastrubal and Our Three Sons are also worth noting now hurdling for the time.
