        Verdict

        Lightningupourdays showed promise at Bangor in April and Ted's Gift placed twice at Worcester in late spring. JIM DE SARTI is penalised for winning an amateurs race in the French provinces but has since moved to Nicky Henderson so improvement can be expected this season. Warwick third What's One More could cash in if the selection needs the run with Celtic Sea and Strong As Steel newcomers to note.
