Verdict

Nobody Tells Me, Elegant Eskimo and Captain Windsor are the three to note here with the vote going to the last named. The selection is a winner of a point to point and did show decent promise in a novice chase at Wincanton back in November. He did disappoint slightly at Hereford last time out though that does raise question marks for this outing. Having said that if running to to his best form he will win races and he would not have to be a world beater to win this. Nobody Tells Me was the winner of two novice hurdles last season. His two runs this season have been in good company and he has his debut over the larger obstacles this afternoon. He is bound to be well schooled and has to be a danger to the selection so any market moves should be noted. Elegant Eskimo has proved better over fences this season. He did fall on his penultimate start but put that behind him when finishing second to Up The Pub at Warick last time out. He jumped well that day and if doing the same this time he has a chance. But for the winner we will give the tentative vote to Captain Windsor.
