In depth

Verdict

Misty Mai is only 2lb higher than when scoring over fences at Ffos Las last month and the excellent James Bowen still claims 5lb so Dai Rees’ mare can’t be ignored. The Last Bar looked to be back on track at Fakenham last month while Tara Well has only found one too good at Bangor and Uttoxeter recently, though has edged up the weights since. FILLE DES CHAMPS has form over 3m around here on similar going. Mitch Bastyan is good value for his 5lb claim and his mount can pick up the winning thread again.
