In depth
Verdict
Evan Williams and Adam Wedge could complete a first and last-race double today as MAC GREGORY stayed on strongly to score over track and trip in November, giving hope that he'll have the stamina to prevail on today's ground. Alf 'n' Dor was very well backed at Market Rasen in October but only managed third. He still looks the danger, however, getting 7lb from the selection. Handpicked and Rebel Beat were both placed on debut but disappointed next time. Diamond Rock is jumps bred and makes more appeal than fellow newcomer Two Many Words.
