Verdict
Course and distance winner Deliceo bounced back to form last time out following a couple of below-par efforts and it is true to say that a reproduction would be good enough here. However a look at his overall record reveals what an inconsistent type he is and history would suggest that he is not one to trust. Gue Au Loup was disappointing last time and his stablemate Benson has also put in a couple of below-par effort and this inconsistent gelding cannot be backed with confidence. In contrast Real Estate came back to form with a second at Huntingdon on his latest start and it is no coincidence that it came on his favoured faster ground. He will get similar conditions here and goes well over the course and distance. He gets the vote while Idealko seems to have lost his way and is best watched on his debut over British fences.
