Verdict
Jimmy The Jetplane was chasing a hat-trick when beaten less than a length here at the start of the month. He's upped in grade and distance but should go well again while Queen Spud, fourth over track and trip in October, has been lightly campaigned this season and is another for the short-list. VA'VITE had plenty to do in a mares' Listed handicap at Cheltenham last week but only weakened approaching the last. If this doesn't come too quickly, Anthony Middleton's mare has decent claims in this and is preferred to the largely-disappointing Harristown and Speed Master.
