    Verdict

Gud Day arguably has the best form in this seller having already been placed at Kempton and Warwick. He should make a bold bid to get off the mark but we fancy RED MERCURY will be good enough to defy his penalty. He's changed stables since winning at Market Rasen in the summer but had Blue Ronnie behind at Wetherby last month and wasn't disgraced in a handicap at Sedgefield earlier this month - this is a lesser contest. The remainder have a lot to prove.
