Verdict

Summer Name is tried in cheekpieces following a poor run after wind surgery at Wincanton. Virginia Chick has shown little interest since reverting to hurdles and is best watched for now and Frenchy Du Large will need to improve on his two runs to date in handicaps. Seymour Sox could be interesting having led until two out on his belated reappearance at Hereford while Bells Of Peterboro was surprisingly easy to back when successful at Fakenham but steps up a grade for this long with Warwick winner Butler's Brief. ROCKHAMTOM (NAP) has been brought along steadily and may not quite have lasted home over 3m last time at Market Rasen. He was only 12 lengths behind Sizable Sam, now rated 131, at Wincanton the time before so a mark of 111 here could be generous.
