Verdict
Tayarat sprang a 100/1 surprise over 2m here in February but hasn't replicated that form since and there must be a doubt about him getting home over this longer trip. U B Carefull has to go on the short-list as he didn't far too badly back over hurdles at Ffos Las but Right Option and Mac Beattie have a bit to prove at present and Mercury Bay also appears to have lost his way. Changing The Guard was a decent sort on the Flat and looks to be improving over hurdles, however, though the four-year-old UNEX PICASSO is just preferred today. Ian Williams' charge may not have beaten much at Huntingdon in November but did follow up on the Fibresand and his latest run at Sandown came against better opposition - he could be weighted to land this.
