Verdict
A novice event winner at Cartmel, Boldbob is penalised for this along with maiden hurdle winner Sikandar. The latter is preferred on today's soft going but WOLFCATCHER may prove too good for both. Another ex-Godolphin inmate to join John Ferguson, he won twice on the Flat in France for Andre Fabre. Perceus won a modest handicap on the Flat for Marcus Tregoning and also debuts for a new yard. He's preferred to fellow hurdling newcomers Burner and Duc de Seville.
