A couple of these stand out with Royal Pretender winning a bumper on the all-weather before disappointing back over hurdles at Ludlow. He edges this at the weights with FITZROY but the latter put a below par effort behind him to finish second at Taunton last time and the winner has subsequently gone in again. None of the remainder have looked like winning so far but Leopolds Rock and Head On are worth a second glance now hurdling.
