Verdict

KILCOOLEY followed-up a bumper win with a comfortable victory on his hurdling debt over track and trip. Charlie Longsdon's charge can defy a penalty and go in again. Pair Of Jacks has also won a bumper and made a promising start to hurdling when third at Newcastle. Such A Legend was set a stiff task at Ascot on his debut over timber and should fare better in this while Royal Macnab wasn't beaten that far at this track on his first attempt over obstacles and drops back in trip today.
