In depth

Verdict

Clearance placed twice on the Flat in May and would probably have made the frame if he hadn’t fallen at the last at Perth when last seen. At the weights, he looks the biggest threat to COOLE WELL’s bid to follow up a wide-margin victory in a seller at Newton Abbot. Larch Hill won over fences in April and his rider can claim 10lb but Falberto might struggle under a double penalty wearing cheek-pieces for the first time.
