In depth
Verdict
THE COCKNEY MACKEM disappointed when beaten by Wake Your Dreams at Ludlow in May but the pair meet on level terms now and Nigel Twiston-Davies' charge was right back to his best in the Summer Hurdle last month when it was obvious that he found the 2m too sharp. The seven-year-old should take this, though Oneofapear made a promising start over 2m3f here last month and probably has more scope than Kadalkin and Mist The Boat.
