Verdict

KELVINGROVE, a progressive stayer on the Flat, attracted good support on his hurdling debut at Stratford and gained an impressive victory. He should have few problems following up with only Western Diva likely to prove anything like a threat. She's shown promise in bumpers and today's quicker ground should enable her to run well on her hurdling bow.
