Verdict
Impressive Stratford winner Western Miller was an early casualty at Sedgefield and hampered Bordeaux Bill, who later fell when travelling strongly. It would be no surprise if both of that pair turned the form around with eventual second Eyes Of A Tiger but CAPITAINE jumped well after an early scare at Newton Abbot in May and, only five, looks the type to go on to better things. Lithic won twice over hurdles and is another nice prospect for chasing but Atomix will find easier opportunities than this in the months ahead.
