Verdict
Placed over a similar trip to this at Hexham earlier, ELLE EST GRANDE found one too good again over 2m4f at Ayr last month. Now handicapping for the first time, Keith Dalgleish’s mare makes most appeal back over this extra distance given today’s moderate opposition. Seapoint ran well over fences here on her penultimate start but was well beaten in soft going back over timber at Wetherby while the ground is also a worry for Versifier. Incertaine and Lexi have shown little so far though the latter has undergone a wind operation since last in action and is also fitted with a visor for this.
