Verdict

THE BIG JETAWAY certainly has the size to make a chaser and a recent outing over hurdles at Uttoxeter was not without merit. Chess Player saw the form of his recent third take a knock earlier in the week and connections try him in cheekpieces for the first time since 2021. Roxboro Road has clearly had training issues but has been dropped down the weights accordingly and is one to note in the betting. Micky Hammond's team have endured a quiet summer though Getaway Jewel has provided some relief and he was not knocked about once his chance had gone at Southwell three weeks ago.
