In depth

Verdict

Peejaybee completed a double early last year and was sent chasing later but showed little aptitude for jumping fences. Prairie Wolf found three miles too far at Aintree and is better judged on his earlier run over this trip at Warwick. THE SAME easily won a point-to-point last October then a maiden hurdle here in March. His pedigree is all about chasing and he can make a successful debut over the bigger obstacles. Rocky Lake won a novices' hurdle here two years ago and has shown glimpses of form in five starts over fences. Dual hurdles winner Pearly Island will be better for last month's chasing bow at Huntingdon.
