    Verdict

BISHOPHILL JACK has always given the impression he'd be suited by a thorough test of stamina and was placed over 3m4f at Fontwell in the spring. He showed himself to be in good form when beating subsequent scorer Spot The Ball at Towcester last month and can follow up here with Charles Greene taking off a valuable 7lb. Roi De Garde is trying a new trip but won here in May and by eight lengths at Wetherby last month. Still at the right end of the handicap, he's another with solid claims and appears to have the beating of Overyou on the form book though the latter was only beaten a neck over 4m on heavy going at Hexham last time and will be staying on when others have cried enough. Rebel Swing may be best of the rest.
