In depth

Verdict

DIAMOND FRONTIER won at Carlisle, with Sergeant Pink back in fifth, before finishing third off today's mark at Newcastle. He shouldn't be far away again here but Riguez Dancer and Or d'Oudairies, in common with many of their stablemates, have been disappointing this season while Unforgettable and Bennys Quest return from a break. Majy D'Auteuil has been off the track even longer but isn't badly treated if fully wound-up.
