Verdict

Cause Toujours is two from two this year and looks a progressive individual who deserves a crack at this level. Hatcher has won his last four after previous struggling to get his head in front. Innocent Touch arrives on a hat-trick and likes sharp tracks while Caius Marcius got back to winning ways reverting to hurdles at Perth last month. John Constable has not take to fences so it’s no surprise to see the top weight back over the smaller obstacles and he won a similar race over track and trip last year. L’INGANNO FELICE was put up 9lb after making all over track and trip in July but he’s built to carry big weights and now three from three around here. Further improvement will be required but Ross Chapman’s claim is again a plus.
