In depth

Verdict

Camden George, Cheer Us On and Sybarite Chief look the three to concentrate on in this trappy novices hurdles and the narrow vote is given to Camden George. The selection won well in a bumper last time out in a bumper when beating Alternator. He is sure to have been well schooled for this his hurdling debut and under conditions that suit he is taken to score. Cheer Us On is another that won bumpers in good style but he was far from fluent on his hurdling debut when behind Smart Street and he will need to improve in that department if he is to score. Sybarite Chief is another that could go well but he gave the impression he would be suited by a longer trip when behind Open de L'isle last time and is taken on with this in mind. Of the remainder Gold Thread is from a yard in form and is another to note in the market but in a race where the market will be very informative for the winner we return to Camden George.
