In depth
Formwatch
Cromwell (IRE) Fair sort who tends to save his best for this track. Conditions to suit although needs to find a little extra to win at these weights.
Meadowbank Very impressive winner at Wetherby last time. Should handle the going and trip okay and a follow-up win looks very likely.
Lucy Glitters Won at Towcester but found Meadowbank far too good at Wetherby last time. Hard to see her reversing the form, but she could find a place once again.
Bobs Tornado (IRE) Only moderate between the flags and unlikely to be good enough.
Carlton Cracker Promising hurdler but has been absent for a while and makes chasing debut here.
Clashbridane (IRE) Not outstanding in point-to-points and faces a stiff task here.
Engaged Second in point-to-point debut last month but has a lot more on his plate here.
Harbour Blaze (IRE) Very little form to recommend him here.
Huso Getting on a bit these days and has not run for nearly two years. Best avoided here.
Lemmar Boy (IRE) Winning point-to-pointer but off the track for a long time and it would be a major surprise if he made a winning return here.
Mighty Rising Second between the flags recently so may be fitter than some but this is still a tough task.
Splodge Hard to recommend on two starts in point-to-points last year.
Stag Fight Reasonable form in points but not in the best of form recently and unlikely to be good enough.
Tikopia Moderate hurdler and unlikely to feature here on chasing debut.
Whatacharlie Form figures speak for themselves and has a habit of living up to his name.
With Respect Unlikely to be good enough on what he's shown in point-to-points.
Lady Nevada (IRE) Won her last start between the flags but this should be way out of her depth.
Another Gentleman Very moderate form in bumpers and look sa real outsider here.
