        Verdict

        Switzerland is interesting having his first start for Doug Watson after running in the Golden Shaheen for Steve Asmussen on World Cup night. He was conceding a stone when beaten just over two lengths by Lavaspin earlier and a 7lb pull should bring them closer, though the latter arrives with a run under his belt. Watson is also represented by My Catch, who was a long way behind Bochart a month ago when Satish Seemar's charge beat Desert Doctor over five lengths. The winner shot out of the stalls and grabbed the rails before powering to an impressive victory in a fast time and, though 9lb higher, will take some catching from his inside berth. However, TRUCK SALESMAN produced an impressive performance when mugged close home by Gladiator King in a Group 3 a fortnight ago with some smart sprinters behind and Doug O'Neill's charge can go one better though the stable also run Prodigal Son, who had a nice pipe-opener in a Listed contest three weeks ago over the minimum trip.
