          Verdict

          Champit completed a hat-trick at Woodbine last summer though hasn't been seen for exactly a year but Doug Watson's Almugir, a winner in Singapore in July, could be well in here. California Jumbo has won twice over 7f here but stays this trip and might be good enough though the vote goes to RICH AND FAMOUS, who was placed on his comeback at Jebel Ali a year ago before winning here and takes the same route. Dual Newcastle winner Boston George had a couple of runs on the Dirt in March and should be better prepared for this.
