Verdict
A bumper field competes for a decent prize with John Ferguson runners heading and propping up the weights. Sea Lord has plenty of class and his last two starts have been in Grade 1 races. Nicky Henderson runs Cool Macavity and Sweet Deal while Brian Ellison has five entered. But Zaidiyn looks harshly treated, Streets Of Newyork is 8lb higher than when scoring over course and distance last month - when It's A Mans World was only fifth - and Midnight Game and Vodka Wells are returning from a break. Cinders And Ashes and Nathans Pride are others with an absence to overcome but course specialist Strongpoint shouldn't be far away again, though may struggle to confirm running with MEADOWCROFT BOY (NAP) here at the start of last month. Alistair Whillans' charge looked to be on the way back that day and is now 6lb better off with the Irish raider so gets the vote.
