In depth

Verdict

The Ferry Master has become very disappointing but stablemate Massini Man arrives in decent form and is still at the right end of the handicap with a first try over 3m is probably overdue. First Account was second when a hot favourite for this 12 months ago but hasn’t been seen since. Broadway Joe is not really proven over this trip and neither is Radetzky March but the latter did win over an extended 2m5f at Market Rasen in November. CREATIVE CONTROL (NAP) won easily over course and distance last month to dispel any stamina doubts and should be thereabouts again despite a 6lb rise.
