      Verdict

      Four of the five are course and distance winners. ON A SESSION has been competing at a higher level since landing a Class 4 handicap here in April and though 6lb higher can give the weight away. Autumn Festival's five-timer last summer was completed in a Class 2 handicap here but he's been struggling from his raised mark this season. Gioia Cieca has also found the going tough this campaign and has been beaten off this mark and lower in all five starts though finished in front of subsequent Beverley winner Manigordo when runner-up here a month ago. Castleberg Rock was well beaten on his handicap debut at Newcastle.
