In depth

Verdict

Emmet Mullins doesn't send horses on wild goose chases so SIN A BHFUIL, who has performed well in three bumpers at Punchestown, should head back to County Carlow with the spoils. Another Irish raider, Kinnegad Lad, didn't show too much at Down Royal but Stuart Crawford has booked Brian Hughes so must be expecting a better show. Andy Slattery sends Jinty from Thurles and she caught the eye when last seen at Roscommon in July and looks the main threat, though Warriors Story led for a long way on very heavy ground at Carlisle.
