          Verdict

          American Cousin always takes a long time to get going each season but once he hits form has to be followed. Therefore following a decent victory at Beverley last time out is difficult to oppose in this weaker contest. Tancred Times continues to run consistently well but just can't get his head in front at present and may have to settle for a place again. American Cousin's stablemate King Of Peru is not the force of old and this may be too competitive.
