In depth
Verdict
So Fine won at Fontwell before finishing third in a better race at Cheltenham when MONETARY FUND was in mid-division. But Venetia Williams' charge, who won over this course and distance at the start of the year, is sure to strip fitter here and can reverse the placings on better terms and open his account for the season. Capellanus tries 3m for the first time but won over 2m5f at Southwell last month and can't be ignored and is preferred to the Jim Goldie pair Arctic Court and Los Nadis. Marmas has won twice at Market Rasen but his stamina will be put to test here and the returning Golden Sparkle is more interesting with Graham Watters taking off 7lb.
