BEYOND THE CLOUDS looked an above-average recruit to hurdling at Kelso last month. The second that day, Some Reign, won easily on a return visit to the track and Kevin Ryan's charge gets 7lb from Golden Jeffrey, who won at Cartmel and Perth at the end of the summer but has finished last in both starts since. Pumaflor was third at Huntingdon last time and has place claims again while Wotabreeze is likely to improve on his fourth at Market Rasen and could well reverse that form with third Royal Mandate.
