In depth
Verdict
KIE won over hurdles here and at Kelso around this time last year. He was quite highly tried after and is high enough in the weights over the smaller obstacles so it's no surprise that Donald McCain is sending him over fences early in life. He should win this if his jumping is up to scratch. Bogside, Rigidity and Vosges already have experience over fences. Tim Vaughan's five-year-old has the most scope and should be thereabouts but Glenora Gale proved difficult to win with over hurdles, though is still preferred to returning stablemate Morning Time.
