Verdict

Storming Gale landed a handicap at this grade at Ayr in March and is now just 1lb higher despite a solid effort at Kelso the following month. Blenheim Brook started out in handicaps off a 16lb higher mark and though he's been pulled up in his three most recent starts his earlier form puts him in the picture. Kealigolane won a novice chase at Carlisle in February when the ground was very testing but his jumping has let him down on his most recent starts. A reasonably flat circuit plus good ground are requirements for MORE EQUITY, who is just 3lb higher for winning under a huge weight here last month. This is a bit tougher but she's in better form than her rivals and can complete the double. Bertie Milan is inconsistent and ran very poorly at Carlisle a month ago.
