In depth

Verdict

Sohcahtoa finished runner-up over a shorter trip here last week but remains hard to recommend as his losing streak stretches back to 2008. Winning hurdler BRADBURY looks a safer proposition as he scored of a slightly lower mark on the Flat here in May and went close when third over today's trip at Newcastle last time. James Bethell's charge gets the nod given the rest of the opposition arrive out of sorts. Spruzzo is 9lb higher than June's C&D victory and has been well beaten since while three-time winning hurdler Royal Bonsai is having his first start since March and has yet to score on the level.
