Verdict
Black Friday faces a different challenge having won over 6f in heavy going at Ayr while Lyons Lane and Amazing Alba look high enough in the weights now having both landed doubles over the minimum trip earlier. Gorgeous Gobolina won in a lower grade at Newcastle and Pavers Pride is preferred after scoring at Ripon but PRIMO’S COMET gets the vote. Jim Goldie’s charge has twice placed here since winning over track and trip in July including in a much tougher sprint last time and should go close.
