Militia had Gamesome back in third with Economic Crisis further behind when scoring on faster going at Ayr last month. He’s preferred to Astrophysics, who won a lower grade contest over track and trip recently. Boudica Bay and B Fifty Two failed to threaten the winner despite finishing second on their respective latest starts while Ninjago has done all his winning so far over longer trips. JEWEL MAKER has only won a maiden to date but has tumbled 14lb down the weights this year and a recent neck defeat in testing ground at Redcar suggests Tim Easterby’s charge can finally get his head back in front.
