Verdict
Gometra Ginty seeks a sixth course victory and can never be ignored around here. Merricourt’s latest run at Ayr can be upgraded as he blew the start but it’s a long time since Gobi Sunset was in the winner’s enclosure. Yaaser also has a bit to prove and BICEP has been absent since September. However, Grant Tuer’s charge won twice over course and distance last year and has clearly improved for the step to 7f. St Andrew's Castle has been in good form and Ahamoment isn’t out of this either but Touchwood still looks to be in the handicapper’s grip.
