      Verdict

      Split Rock has decent claims dropped in class and finished ahead of Orton Park when third at Newmarket last month. He may find the weight concession to LEXINGTON ROSE beyond him in this, however, as the latter had Champagne Babe well behind when going close in the Hilary Needler at Beverley last time and can go one better in today's company. Robynelle won her maiden at Carlisle last month but that's not much stronger form than Proclamationofwar's second at the same track on his latest start and that pair are hard to separate.
